REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the integrity and safety of our products.

Returns:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer rights and legal exceptions. 

• To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email before returning any items.

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept voluntary returns of opened bottles or  products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, except where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Returns may only be considered if:

• The item is unopened, unused and in its original condition

• The tamper-evident seal remains intact

• The product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival

• The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where they choose to return an item under their cancellation rights, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items:

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can investigate the issue promptly.

To process your request, we require:

• Clear photographs of the damaged item​

• Photographs of the outer packaging

• Photographs showing the tamper-evident seal and product label

​

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify claims.

​

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, Selection 971 will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

We may provide a prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Important:

• We may request evidence of damage or an incorrect item to help us investigate and resolve your claim. 

• The 48 hour notification period is intended to help us identify and investigate delivery related damage or errors promptly and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. 

​

Refunds:

• Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

• In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, where appropriate and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Shipping costs:

• Delivery costs are generally non-refundable  where a customer chooses to return an item under their cancellation rights, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
