SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

Standard UK delivery is available, with delivery generally expected

within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on

location and courier services.

Delivery costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

All alcohol orders are for customers aged 18 or over. Age verification may be required at the point of delivery, and the delivery driver may request valid proof of age.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because the required age verification cannot be completed or there is no eligible recipient available, the order may be returned to us and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
